横浜市及び横浜港湾事業をダメにした主犯は、横浜市長と横浜港湾局だ。

湾岸産業振興·興業に対する度重なる失政を誤魔化すために、観光事業とギャンブル事業に膨大な市税を投入している。儲けた金のほとんどは、港湾局支配下の特殊法人と天下り先企業連中に還流される仕組みが闇の中で構築されている。

The city of Yokohama has finally become the center and main city of the Keihin Rust Belt. The mayor of Yokohama and the Yokohama Port Authority are the main culprits in ruining Yokohama City and the Yokohama Port Project.

In order to cover up their repeated failures in the promotion of the bay area industries, they have been throwing huge amounts of city tax money into the tourism and gambling businesses.

Most of the money they make goes back to the special corporations under the control of the Port Authority and their corporate clients in the dark.
